Major Accounts - Channel & Franchise
** Please note that this is a hybrid role doing both business development (signing new national partner accounts)
and account management (growing existing national partner accounts) in the Franchise and Major Agency space.

As a Major Account Executive (Channel & Franchise) you have the opportunity to define a market with a solution
already driving improved reputation and customer experiences for more than 15,000 companies in
North America. The market opportunity for Reputation Management and Customer Experience software
is $10B+ in the US and 2-3x that number globally.
We need winners to help BirdEye grab market share as enterprise organizations realize that they do not
control their reputation (top driver for new customer acquisition) and that they are not acting on
customer feedback (top driver for customer retention).

Drive sales growth by finding and closing business in our Major Partner Segment (includes Franchise,
Associations, and Enterprise Marketing Agency Partners)
Prospect into national territory to uncover partner opportunities in the Franchise, Association, and Agency space.
Work with the BirdEye marketing team as they generate Opportunities for you to sell in your territory
Manage sales cycles involving multiple CxO decision-makers and stakeholders
Build custom presentations/demonstrations of our product for prospective partners
Report on sales activity and metrics in our CRM
Work closely with Product to improve product and on-boarding processes
Manage pipeline and sales activity, conduct prospect research and be able to accurately forecast

3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor
3+ years work with Franchise Partnerships (Required)
Prior experience in business development and/or channel partnerships
Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and close partnerships
Experience selling to CMO, CxO, digital marketers or heads of social media
Strong presentation and closing skills to structure and negotiate complex enterprise deals
Reliable and outgoing problem-solving abilities and a vibrant and energetic attitude
Ability to take assertive initiative and be persuasive while maintaining pleasant demeanor
Adventurous, resourceful, systematic mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technically savvy; able to learn and effectively operate BirdEye’s CRM
Bachelor’s degree required; continued training and education preferred
Base + uncapped commission plan
